“I believe it's in the process of remodeling, there was no phone or alarm clock in the room. Which was ok i guess, but the room was half painted, and the chair was filthy. We only needed a place to crash on our way through so not a big deal, but not a must stay at again kind of place.”

“Expedia site states a KITCHENET there is only microwave n fridge. Had to eat out our entire trip for 4 days. Seriously disappointed. Or then that I have great review but do not rent it meeting to cook.”

“There were people living in an RV in the parking lot, the entrance was very dirty and smelled terrible. We stayed 3 nights and our towels and coffee were only refreshed once we requested it and the coffee that was refreshed was all decaf. There was someone else’s leftover food in the refrigerator when we got there. And lastly every morning at breakfast the eggs, sausage, and biscuits were almost out or completely out. Not a good experience for us. We will look for an Air BnB next trip to...

“I have never stayed at one of these properties before and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! It was amazing! I’m hooked! Wherever I go I will be looking for one of these to stay at!! I didn’t make it to the breakfast but I’m sure it was wonderful as well.”

“I believe for a single night stay at this property this Rodeway Inn would be adequate. We stayed for a week as we wanted to be near family and considered that an inexpensive hotel was fine as we were "just sleeping there"... This hotel is quite spartan; thin towels and too few, bed cover/duvet too small for the bed itself, screaming noisy showerhead, worn out pillows. Housekeeping is by request not by schedule, (one has to ask for clean towels, shampoo and soap, bed linen change, and cleaning)....

“A very charming place. Clean and bright. Sweet, loving, dog and cats. (Outside). Host does great communication. We really enjoyed it there. The beds, even the day bed have super comfy mattresses which was great after a day of rockhounding.”
