“Nice place”

“Our air conditioner was off and on. Our TV was out every night who they had to completely reset it. Asked for an extra blanket or towels and were told they don’t have any. We stayed here based off great reviews but seriously book elsewhere… breakfast was not filled every morning and when asked to refill cereal or waffle mix by several people staying there staff ignored us. There was also two cockroaches in our room. They denied our deposit return due to a dot of spilled juice on the the bed...

“When we got in the lady at the check in desk was super sweet and helpful we were able to get checked in pretty quick, our only issue was the room was very humid and smelled like carpet that had been left in the rain then left to dry. Everything felt wet and nasty. The room was overall clean and cozy just the wet and humid room”

“My wife and I were assigned room 317. The room smelled damp and was not a room we could stay in. We were then assigned to room 312. The thermostat didn't work and the temperature in the room was 69 degrees. There was no way to either raise the temperature or turn off the A/C. The buffoon at the front desk said he couldn't do anything about the temperature in the room and said he would provide us more blankets. Obviously not acceptable. We were then assigned to room 318. “It was plain but it was clean and didn't have a bunch of places where they tried to fix something like a lot of motels do. They do t serve breakfast but it was for the money overall good.”
