“Second time returning to Great Wolf Lodge. Quick check in at kiosk with staff to help. They also have a front desk to check in the regular way if you want. I cannot say enough about the staff in every single area as they are amazing! The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable and there is so much to do! “When we arrived I could not find anyone in the lobby but then saw an envelope with my name on it. The lobby area and the back porch area where breakfast is served is very historic looking, but well maintained and cozily decorated. Ditto for our room once we let ourselves in. The grounds are very relazing.”
