“We loved our 2 night stay in this atrium style hotel. The lobby area downstairs is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well distributed. The hotel is a little dated but still very clean and up to par. Excellent area surrounding as well.”

“Staff screwed me over by cancelling my 3 night stay because I had to check in virtually the first night due to complications…and would not refund my money. Contacted hotel, Expedia, and hotel parent company all refused to help receive a refund. I purchased trip insurance and this doesn’t qualify apparently. I had to book another hotel last minute and cost another $400 plus the money they refuse to refund.”

“The room initially looked fine. But then we noticed the dirty towels and that the trash hadn’t been emptied. It took a bit to get clean towels and there seemed to be no real care about the problem.”

“Location was good. Even though it was on a busy intersection, room was quiet when ac was on. But ac was very noisy. We could also hear people walking in room above us (sounded like they had heavy boots on as they were stomping across the floor). Shower was not as clean as it should have been. “Room was good, size, bed and shower. Pool and gym were good. Breakfast was good but a little expensive. Breakfast staff were attentive. Seating area is functional. Worst thing was the lift. Only one (of two) working and it was either so slow or full of cleaning staff with huge piles of linen on very small trolleys. So I walked up and down fire stairs to my fourth floor room. My room was cleaned once in 4 days which makes me wonder what all those cleaning staff did! The front reception staff need...

“Very clean, comfy bed. Liked having coffee on the "back porch". Had no issues with the code/lock. Would stay again.”

“For the price, the hotel isn’t terrible, but could definitely use some upgrading and maintenance. The elevator moved very slowly and was loud like it was struggling. The A/C in my room was very loud and barely blowing, and the ceilings in my room were cracked all the way around and down the middle. Property was clean overall, but definitely needs some work.”

“I loved this hotel…the only thing I disliked was that you could heard conversations in the next room as if they were sitting in front of you. VERY thin walls. The hot breakfast was wonderful with many options and they had a spacious and clean breakfast room. Bedding was also very comfortable.”

“The breakfast was great - lots of choice Staff was nice. The pillows were too thin and paint was pealing on the bathroom ceiling. The rest of the property was clean and well maintained.”

“Disappointed. Nice owner but very poor quality hotel. The ironing board did not have a cover. It was just the metal frame. The iron didn’t work & the base of the iron that would allow it to safely standup while it’s hot was broken so it couldn’t safely stand. To me that is a very dangerous situation for a hotel guest. The iron never got hot, nor warm. They did not have coffee ready in the morning & when I asked for some to be made she said they ran out. Yet 10 minutes later I saw her making...

“1st room smelled like a cigarette factory. Complained and got a new room. Much better. Watched to young BM walk down a hallway with video cameras and make contact with two scantily dressed women. Appeared that they were doing some sort of Adult webcam work. This places does need a make over. Staff was very nice and the bed we slept in was very comfortable.”

“Bathroom Sink was leaking underneath. Surprise Wet socks after using the sink. We advised the first day. Used a towel underneath to try and mitigate.”
