Cerca hotel in Contea di Clay

“Do not recommend! Roaches were everywhere and management knew I guess because they could not even apologize when we told her how infested it was. This is more like a live-in motel not something you rent out. People smoking, marijuana outside people running up and down the breezeways. It was just very uncomfortable and nasty.”

“Convince of location to the racetrack”

“Our entire experience was wonderful!”

“Good”

“While it doesn't offer amenities, other than cable tv, WIFI, picnic tables, and grills, this little gem of a motel is very convenient for us while visiting our family in this tiny town. We are so glad the property was purchased and remodeled after years of being derelict.”

“Super nice staff especially Curry.Love the isolation from outside noise.”

“Very clean and beautiful property. Jack was amazing through the whole process. He was there anytime you needed him. This place is an amazing treasure tucked away in the heartland of Alabama. Would recommend this place to anyone!!!”

“The view was amazing, We could sit on that back porch for days, very nice!”

“We had a uninvited guest, just wish the owner would’ve responded to my text message ”

“A rustic getaway with clean sheets on a great property. Exactly what I needed! ”

“Great property!!! My kids came for the weekend and it was perfect!”

“beautiful property. loft upstairs was very small and low for people to use. very clean”

“Great getaway. Really relaxing.”

“Memorable stay in this historic place! Would definitely book again!”

“This place and the host are absolutely wonderful! I’ve never had such an amazing experience as saying at Shady Oaks. Thank you again for the snacks, water, and wonderful note along with making sure we had everything we needed during the hurricane. Our family loved every aspect and felt like home in the beautiful peaceful environment. I hope to come back again and visit!”

“A peaceful, serene, and relaxing stay surrounded by the beauty of nature. All the comforts of home in a charming throw-back cabin that evokes “good old days” of the simple pleasures of country living. The price is very reasonable, the hostess communicates in a pleasant friendly and timely manner, and the property exceeds its description and the clients’ expectations. If within 50 miles of this property I would not stay elsewhere if it was available. Exceptional in all regards!”

“This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The property is filthy and dilapidated. The sink water smells like a swamp and we couldn't use it to cook or wash, there were bugs everywhere, including the cabinets, there was rodent poop with the pans, the wifi didn't work, the owners didn't respond at all to my multiple texts. We had to leave early and get a hotel. Stay away from this place.”
