“Hotel was not maintained properly. Our shower curtain rod was hanging by a thread. The bath tub looked so dirty we did not want to shower in it. The bathroom sink still had toothpaste residue from the last guest. The door entrance mechanism did not work all the time. The bed was the only thing descent in the whole place.”

“We were completely blown away when our host open the door to the loft. It was so "simply elegant" the personal touches were so effective in making it feel like home. I totally appreciate the host meeting us at the loft (which wasn't planned) and giving us a tour, explaining what they done and what the artifacts meant to her and family. The personal touch and not an app made us feel we made a new friend. Would we come back oh that's a big "YES" in fact the wife wanted to book the loft again 2...
