“The staff were SO helpful and understanding”

“Conveniently located near the airport as well as the Maine Mall. We booked this location because of our flight home. The property was very clean and staff were very friendly and welcoming.”

“Nice hotel for one night, far from downtown so you need a car. Overall ok for a short stay.”

“Old and stinks”

“Breakfast options could have been better. Not everyone eats pastries for breakfast.”

“Very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor hadn’t been properly hoovered before our check in and there was dirt / dust / stains all over chairs and other surfaces. The room unfortunately smelt of smoke (even if it’s not allowed to smoke there apparently) and the sink in the toilet was missing the knobs. Overall a terrible hotel. The only ok thing was the bed. Not uncomfortable and decent bedding. Also - the personnel at check in was very nice and helpful :) ”

“Valet services are a little iffy. You never know where your car is going to be parked, sometimes it is 10 minutes away in a parking garage.”

“It’s just a hotel.”

“Ottima posizione, camera ampia con vista spettacolare, elevato rapporto q/p.”

“We stayed here one night before our flight the next morning and it had everything we needed.”

“Ottima struttura, in una cittadina molto carina”
