“A never ending stream of fees. Whatever your rate is listed on this site, double it. That's how much you should expect to pay. Staff was awful. They'd rather hang out and talk to each other than help weary travelers.”

Everything is run down and broken or dirty, bed head boards look 30 years old, cracks and nasty places everywhere, elevator broken, doors not working. Place needs complete update and cleaned. Seems it’s just been completely ignored and left to go to hell. Used to stay there alot and was always pleased. Now it’s not good.”

“After traveling all day we got to the Hillcrest only to find out they did not have all of our rooms. They tried to get us to share the room they had. No phone call to let us know ahead of time. No help in finding us another room. Their thought was that I reserved 4 rooms and they only had 3, that I should still take the 3 rooms because I reserved them. We ended up at going back north to a hotel we passed 30 miles before. Very unhappy that Expedia would even list this property.”
