“Clean room. Parking good early, have to park in Casino garage late. Would not allow us to check in before 4 pm no matter what. Had to leave and come back 20 mins later to check in. Nice staff just very rigid about check in time.”

“Our stay was wonderful! Property was well maintained with easy parking (we had a small trailer). Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower had nice hot water with good water pressure. I would definitely recommend. ”

“The carpet less room was clean. Bed comfortable. Amenities were basic but useful. Breakfast was okay...waffles, eggs, yogurt, muffins, assorted breads, breakfast drinks. Staff member "CC" was very helpful. The price was right too.”

“The first room we were given was on the second floor and upon stepping off the elevator it smelled like cigarette smoke (supposedly non-smoking). We entered our room and it smelled musty and the laminate flooring had maybe spilled food all over it. It was absolutely disgusting. I asked the front desk for a different room and the front desk worker (not sure who because no staff wore nametags) gave us a room on the third floor. “I was impressed with how well preserved the home was. I didn't notice if it was there but a little house history would have been fun to know. Like what year it was built.Our stay was lovely. This has been a difficult year for my family, a lot of heartbreak & heartache. This was a nice opportunity for my adult son, adult daughter and her 10 year old son, and my husband, their step father, to spend time together, for us to all have a change of senery and just enjoy being together.”

“Stayed here to visit our son at Miami University (35 min drive to campus). The setting is beautiful and the yellow farmhouse sits back from the road and from the other rental property, so we had total privacy. Thoughtful set up outside with patio and fire pit. Walk to the river was a bonus. I love to bird watch, and tallied 30 species on day one. Metamora is a cute town nearby. Recommend The Blue Umbrella for breakfast. Lots of hiking around Brookville Lake. House very comfortable and well laid...
