“For 1 night it was a good stay. Staff was friendly, rooms were very clean. Beds were a little stiff. It’s just an older property but we were happy with our stay.”

“Open Hearth is an older facility but very well maintained and clean for a very fair price. The staff was wonderful. We liked the location in Sister Bay, and we enjoyed the amenities such as Continental breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub, multiple fire pits and outdoor furniture. They even have umbrellas for a rainy day and bug spray available for use in the lobby.”

“Would highly recommend this wonderful resort! Luke (I believe that was his name) checked us in and was super quick and very friendly ever time we saw him through out our stay. Our 1 bedroom apartment had everything you would need to stay for a week, but sadly we were only able to spend the night. We enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub in the evening after hiking around Door County. Our one evening was too cloudy for a good sunset, but I can imagine the sunsets are lovely from the property. Loved...
