“There was leftover food in the fridge. Hair in the bathroom. Had trouble controlling the temperature. The wall unit was dirty inside. Email stated 4 Waterpark passes were included but said that we only got 2 because only 2 were staying in the room so I paid for an outside guest but then showed the email and was able to get a refund. If I would have said 4 people were staying I would’ve got 4 bands for the same price as 2 people staying. Makes no sense. The breakfast was ok. Water wasn’t hot...

“The entire property was clean and smelled good without obvious air fresheners or their scent. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Parking availability was great.”

“There was only one person handling the front desk, she was was on a long phone call helping with a reservation when I arrived. This had me and the others in line waiting quite a bit to be checked in. Lots of staff was around and walking behind the desk but no one else jumped in to help with customers. The pool area was nice, the room was older and smelled like smoke but was today and breakfast needed more options. The hotel did the job for a 1 night stay but it wasn’t anything to write home...
