“Check in was super easy, i was sent the keypad code by email a few days prior to check. Communication with the owner was great, response was very quick. Only downfall was that i had to vacuum when we got there and house #4 did not have a washer/dryer, stove, or full size refrigerator and it was more than my friends house #1 that had those amenities included. I would stay here again, only would makw sure I had a house with laundry. Very close to Clarks Hill Lake and a short drive to Augusta ”

“The house is a 3 bedroom, not 5. A tv in the 3rd bedroom would have been nice…but we brought an extra.The house itself is cozy & great if you like camping. The photos of the property describe it. The pool & deck were our favorite parts!!!Lake levels were low so we couldn’t access the lake from the property. The neighborhood itself is nice & quiet. We didn’t have any neighbors so it was “secluded”. We were able to extend our stay. Our host, Chuck, was every prompt in answering questions we had....

“It was just like the listing. The only thing is I had to do yard work. The deck was covered in dry leaves and around the fire pit. I had to ask my mother to bring me a rack to clear out all the dry leaves in the fire pit area ”

“The property was absolutely beautiful. The only issue was the lack of communication from the host, Kyle. I had a bad feeling with his lack of communication a couple weeks before the trip. I asked him if there was any information I needed to know, and he said no. I asked him the day of my check-in if I was going to get a code for the front door, and he told me that Vrbo would send it to me automatically one hour before my rental. That never came.
