“This property was very clean. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The hotel’s location was perfect, walking distance to all of the museum's, restaurant's and shopping.”

“A little quirky - we were on the third floor, no elevator which we didn't realize. Finding the breakfast area down the road and around the corner was tricky until some helpful people pointed the stairs from the sidewalk down to the basement - to a very nice breakfast. Still a lovely experience overall.”

“I have stayed at this hotel many times and never had a bad experience. The staff is always helpful, the location is reasonably centered to restaurants. A car is more useful, but I like to walk, so I have at least 10 locations within a 10 - 15 minute walk. The breakfast is reasonable and my rooms have always been clean. This is my go to spot when I am in the Saugus area.”
