At checkin clerk was attempting to charge the 25.00 security deposit twice as on her end didnt show it as going thru on my end it did & I pulled up our bank acct to prove it had went thru. Needs charging station at bedside tables as no way to charge phones or watches. Overall need more outlets!”

Penny was awesome right off the start! and started me off on the right experience, and then everyone else is so friendly. 3erd floor, folks cleaning rooms, said Hi, when you walk past them, instead of looking away and pretending they don't see you, like happens other places. ”

“Very clean and welcoming design in public areas. Room also well decorated , fresh and inviting. Bathroom sink area way to small for personal items. Cornets and area around baseboard dirty. Nice shower head. ”
