“Never got to the hotel! The airline had way too many problems with flights and we never even made it to our destination. I’m disappointed with the airlines & hotel SS no refunds have been made.”

“I stay here every time I'm in Batavia. Wish the horses were always racing though. Walking distance to great restaurant, Alex's. Great restaurant right in the casino. Bartenders were very friendly in casino and never waited for a drink. Continental breakfast is wonderful. Have your pick of just about anything. Maids were super friendly also. Great place.”

“Booked the room and the propery is a mess. The room is disheviled and dirty. Someone had a vehicle completely pulled apart in the parking lot. My wife would not stay there because she was grossed out. Would love a refund because we didnt stay there.”

“Staff were great. Hotel was clean and the accessible room was very accommodating. Nice breakfast. Comfortable beds. Was a good stay and would stay again . The hot tub was great but the pool was very cold was the only issue.”

“Very cozy and clean but needs to be rearranged for space and needs more places to put suitcases and things in bathroom have no room. Mirror isn't over sink and plug for hairdryer is really low. Ladder in middle of the room takes up too much space. Did have alot of ammenities for kitchen if needed.”

“We used this small and cozy house as our"home base" to celebrate christmas with our out of town family. Bruce was very receptive and allowed us to extend our checkout time. The house itself was comfortable, he did a great job renovating it. It met our basic needs. We are used to staying at VRBOs that really spoil their guests, but I think Bruce can easily become a 5 star host if he employs a ' woman's touch' to address those small details that were lacking.”
