“The fridge didn't seal-severely broken, The seal was filthy in the folds. The cupboard next to the fridge was lined with condensation due to the fridge working hard to try and stay cool - this made the crockery and cutlery all wet. That cupboard was also dirty inside. The electric kettle wouldn't fit under the tap of the bathroom basin (no other taps available) so had to fill it by the small cupfuls. No hand towel, no teatowel or detergent for washing dishes. “Property was not overly clean. Check in was difficult, email should have been sent to outline the contactless check-in. Motel tried to call me but it wouldn't go through as we were in a no cell zone.”

“A really convenient location easy to get to many of Ballarat's sights. The room was spacious and clean. Everything you need was there. The checkin process was easy as was checkout. The pool looked great as did the other amenities. The only thing that bothered us which was'nt a huge deal but it was the rooms outside light stays on at night and a big glow comes through the glass panel of the door.”

“Great place and super clean! Location is great and super close to a good pub and an IGA. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our needs! Only two nickpicks are that the TV is too far away from the sofa and the bed was too soft for me (but that's just personal preference).”
