“Could not fault this place at such a reasonable price. Clean, comfortable, well equiped and friendly Reception service. Very much looking forward to our next stay here.”

“Beautifully updated 1857 property. Decor and meals perfect. Probably the best hotel we have stayed in.”

“From the moment we walked into our room I absolutely hated it. It had such a bad smell, room wasn’t clean. It’s very old and outdated and the beds are horrible. You can feel the springs in the mattress.. avoid this place!”

“The staff were great to deal with and able to extend our stay the day before we arrived. The location was good with easy access and safe parking The room was spacious with a comfortable clean bed and large fridge freezer. The bathroom was also spacious with a roomy shower with abundant hot water and pressure. “A fantastic room, clean, cozy and warm. Free laundry too. Very much appreciated.”

“TV, microwave and kettle/toaster nice. Lights for some reason had no covers on them, too bright to leave on without the covers. Ended up finding them in the cupboard, carpet was a little sticky. Room wasnt available until a little after 2. Parking was limited car park was all filled up when we arrived back to hotel no where to park. We ended up leaving at 1130 pm to go back home. Would be suitable for couples or singles only staying a little while. Didnt suit us a family.”
