“Clean room- mattress needs replacement, and carpet needs cleaning. The bathroom shower needs new caulk or someone who knows how to install it. Customer Service: No one should have to ring a bell for service and then be greeted. Breakfast was great!”

“I booked a suite with one queen bed. We were given a standard room - no explanation as to why. We didn't discover this until we entered the room we were assigned. We had been charged for a much more expensive room. I went back down to the desk and was told that all suites were booked. I showed the desk clerk that i booked a suite and was told to wait 5 minutes while she checked "something". She came back and told me she had a room for us but the toilet needed to be fixed before we could move in....

“The staff was friendly and the place was quiet. However, the hotel, the Halls, the stairs, the rooms, the kitchen were filthy. When I checked in on Thursday my room smelled a little funny, but not too bad. Friday morning I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. Oh well, you know things happen. By Saturday and Sunday I had killed five cockroaches in my room. When I went down for breakfast on Sunday morning I saw cockroaches on the walls of the dining room. I can't believe that this got an eight...

“Upon arrival for check in we were informed of a water heater issue and that we could not check in. We had to purchase another hotel room on a weekend that all rooms were almost sold out in town and had to spend more than planned. We still haven’t received the refund for a room we never got to stay in.”
