Hotel a Helena

“All staff during our stay was extremely helpful. But, our room wasn’t entirely clean. Including mold at the top of our shower and no fan in the bathroom. Dirt still on the floor in the bathroom and tooth paste on the cabinets. The pool had a wasp problem and we had to remove ourselves. The breakfast was decent and it looked like it was recently remodeled. Just needed to be better taken Care of.”

“The room clean. But carpet was so dirty and musty rooms.The breakfast not much to choose from.. The air cool. Good. A big gap on bottom of door. And key insert loose. The staff put us in another room. Very,very understanding and helpful.. price was great!!!!”

“Main window curtain had tears in it, door didn’t completely seal (light was visible around the edge. I had no hot water the first night; this was remedied the next day. I had to move the microwave oven from the night table to its proper place above the mini fridge. I also had to plug in and set the alarm clock. Also, due to the close proximity of the highway, I heard big diesel trucks as they passed all night. No coffee or coffee maker available.”

“There was mold all over the restroom door, and it smelled like mold in the room as well. And the manager was very rude and lack being a professional and a leader.”

“Checked out after 1 and a half days because of the cockroaches and other bugs both live and dead in the room including the one that landed on my pillow. The room was very dirty, the sheets were full of hair stains and dirt. The shower had no door or curtain and was so small I could not even bend to stretch my back. When I checked out I was still charged for the full stay of 5 days no refund. The royal inn should be shut down by the health department. I moved to the super 8 hotel in Kenedy very...
