“Great check-in. Very professional and accommodating. Would stay again solely on the actions of the front desk receptionist who checked us in. Great customer service!”

“Hotel is great. The outside and lobby has been remolded, but the rooms have not. Upgrades are needed.”

“The breakfast was adequate. The quality of the coffee was poor. The largest disappointment was that our card keys failed to work on the second day of our stay. We had to call the hotel staff to help us enter the building. We are both disabled and had to stand outside in the heat.”

“Our experience was horrible. Bathroom was disgusting and even found a used bandage in the bed sheets. When brought to hotel’s attention, nothing was done. We even had Expedia get involved and still nothing has been resolved or even attempted.”

“We had a wonderful experience at this property. A lovely older home with loads of charm. Located in the town’s historic district, it was easy to walk to a local restaurant for dinner. The owner provided clear and easy to understand instructions. It had everything we needed and would happily stay here again.”

“No ice. Didn’t clean or refill coffee station. Didn’t make bed or vacuum. Visible drip stains on wallpaper never cleaned. Smelled of cigarettes and marijuana throughout hotel.”

“We could not sleep because there was a mouse jumping around in the room! Also, we couldn’t change the thermostat temperature in the room as it needed a security code to change it. The host was nice and talked with us the whole time we had our breakfast. The dutch breakfast was simple and unique. ”
