“First time at this hotel as I sometimes drive quite a long distance and Chattanooga is my stopping point Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel, super comfy bed and pillows too bad I couldn’t stay longer. There’s a bunch of shopping centers all around, including a mall or two very close by”

“The property was okay. We felt like we could not get good sleep. The walls are extremely thin you can hear the next room and upstairs. You can also hear everyone by the pool and workers early. ”

“I would suggest if you want a clean place to stay this is not it. We had no electricity due to rain I’m guessing.?? The bathtub had mold around it and mold in corner of living area with a dehumidifier hiding it. Spider webs , dirty, blinds broke, the beadboard was cracked all over the bathroom. Then they had totes of clean linens right outside rooms for them to change later I’m guessing that we almost tripped over carrying our luggage. The place needs an overhaul inside and out. ”

“Call first before booking the pool indoors was freezing so cold the jacuzzi was cold and the nets were not great at all our refrigerator did not work so all our food spoiled we just went from March 7 to 11 Not happy ”

“Room was recently remodeled, everything was new and in excellent condition. Bathroom fan should be on a separate switch from the light. ”

“We had an overnight stay here due to visiting UT-Chattanooga and attending a basketball game at the school. We checked into the hotel late, but didn’t fully realize what kind of room we had as this was our first stay at this hotel. We were blown away by the amount of space we had, the cleanliness, the kitchen, etc. Not only was our room top tier, the hotel attendants were great! Checking in and checking out was a smooth process. We are already planning our next visit and will plan to stay...
