“The hotel was an older Double Tree, but well maintained and clean. Our room had some door issues and we reported when checking out. The pool is under renovation which would have been nice to know when booking. However, they did provide an alternative which was about an 8-10 minute drive.”

And we were told by this robot that all the rooms with queen beds were dirty and we would have to wait another 30 minutes to go to our room. Imagine being out all day with small children and all you want to do is get to your room and relax and then some employee who should be working for the DMV tells you yeah you're going to have to wait offers no explanation offers no...
