Also we were told breakfast was at 630 to 10 but was not informed it was no part of the room and was just that restaurant was open .”

“This was not a good experience. Starting with the elevator, out of service and I am on the 5th floor. Get to my room at it was nothing like the picture. No sofa, no work desk, no counter in the bathroom. There was an office chair in the corner with no table or desk. The TV didn't connect to any stations. There were holes in the bedding and holes in the shower curtain. I was completely disappointed, as this hotel was not this poorly taken care of last year. I asked for a new room and was denied.”
