“The room was just for us to shower and sleep. could not ask for a cleaner room and nicer people to check us in. We were back on the road early with our tummies full from the continental breakfast they had. bonus! All in all was a Great deal for the money!! Thank you”

“Property is pretty old & dated but got the job done for a night passing through @ only $54/night! I expected the breakfast to be a little bigger & have more of a selection but when I saw the size of the breakfast spot in the office I knew there wouldn’t be. If you in a budget this is the hotel for you otherwise you might want to pay more & be closer to the highway.”

“House was very clean and updated nicely to make you feel right at home. Beds were nice and comfy, tons of room throughout the house, and all essentials you need are stocked in each room. Plenty of outdoor seating to help take in the beautiful hill country views. While only 5 minutes from town it is very peaceful. Very dark sky’s for perfect star viewing at night. Sheila and Greg are great hosts, easy to communicate with, and have a beautiful property. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Everything was great. We were there to work on our land, which is right across the street. We hated to leave because there’s still lots more work to do. It recently caught on fire and burned hundred percent we’ve been working hard trying to clean it off thank you for your hospitality.”

“The property was not as depicted in the pics. Yard was overgrown to the point it was hazardous. The so called river was no where within 100 yds as claimed & was nothing but a stagnent pond. Lawn chairs were thrown upside down. It was so bad I didnt even stay but took a loss. Next to the property was an abandoned gas station which appeared condemned. I walked half way to the so called river & the grass was higher than my head. I would highly recommend you pass on this dump. I filed a complaint...
