“Honestly not bad for Lake County. Bed's were OK, place was clean with a full kitchen. My issues were I asked about coffee and they said it was in the room. Great. It was all decaf. Totally unacceptable for me I need my coffee in the morning so that brought down the stars considerably. Also not very kosher about checking in early made me wait right until check in time which is uncommon at almost every hotel I've ever been to. Not a big deal though, just don't expect an early check in. Also like...

“Very nice living space and clean for Most part. Furniture was dirty, just need shampooing. The staff were amazing and friendly.”

“Checked in late , 2100 hours. Once in the room, one bed looked as though it had been slept in. It was unmade with all pillows stacked on it. Trash can was full. Towels hung over shower door. Called the answering service since the office was closed. The manager’s wife talked to me. The manager came by to “verify” that the room has not been serviced. The two of them offered an upgrade to a room with 2 kings and a view of the lake. This room was clean. I also got a later check out time by 2 hours....

“This place felt like a dump. There’s abandoned vehicles in the parking lot. The room had mold in it and it felt like we needed to shower after leaving the room. Don’t recommend”

“Okay - speaking as the wife of a train buff, staying here as a birthday surprise was a no brainer. The question was - would I regret it? Is a vacay stay in a caboose comfortable or just kitschy?
