Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti (gruppo di 4 in due camere) e abbiamo avuto problemi con la pulizia della camera. Infatti l’hotel fa la pulizia delle camere a giorni alterni, ma questo non è scritto da nessuna parte al momento della prenotazione online. Dopo il secondo giorno non erano state sistemate le due camere, per cui al rientro alla sera...

“We stayed here 11 years ago and looked forward to staying again for our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the room that we had was not worth the cost we paid. The tv failed to work properly two days in a row, as it received a temporary fix to get it to work. The lack of outlets for the tech devices was also noticeable, The bathtub was slippery - didn't feel comfortable using the shower. WE had a wonderful experience at the restaurant for breakfast - attentive, pleasant and fast service....

Said they would call when room was ready as I was in casino, but I finally went to desk and they were checking in people that didn't wait near as long as I did. Very unprofessional. ”
