“Property outside and in common areas seemed nice. First room assigned had issues with the door lock light would go green and you could turn the handle but the handle would break loose before you could open the door. Once inside carpet was ripped up the handle for the bathroom was extremely loose. Springs were felt throughout and pillows were flat. All furniture was scratched and dinged up. After plumbing issues we got moved to a different with laminate flooring that was shifting and popping up...

“Property was OK but over priced and the staff was terrible . Manager Wanda was rude and even called the police to have us removed . We paid for a room with a single king bed and was given 2 doubles. When I complained or asked for a credit to ny bill she refused because I purchased through a 3rd party (Expedia) . Also kids were in the hall ways screaming and yelling . If you book through a 3rd party the hotel says you can be treated like a 2nd class citizen . ”

“Our room was 75° plus for two days. I let the front desk know apparently the compressor for the AC was broken. The manager, Sarah was supposed to get back to me regarding a comp. I never heard back.”

“I had the worst experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the receptionist was rude. The pool was ice cold. The first room she gave us was dirty. Beds unmade and all. Second room smelled like mold. Third room appeared clean. Once I pulled back the sheets, there was black hair all throughout them, on both beds. One comforter had blood on it. I had to go down to the front desk and ask for new bedding and remake our beds. The TV didn’t work. There was no conditioner in the shower. The list goes on...
