“Ci hanno avvertito all’arrivo che la struttura non prevedeva le pulizie giornaliere. Ci siamo accordati per pulizia dopo 3 giorni ma nessuno è venuto a pulire. Inoltre la wifi saltava in continuazione. I canali tv si scollegavano dipo 10 minuti di visione e quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazione, la risposta della reception è stata che lei non guardava mai la tv! Insistendo perché mettessero a posto il problema, ci ha detto di provare a spegnere e riaccendere (che ovviamente non ha risolto...

“The property owners made us feel welcomed easy to check in. Communicated with us to ensure we made it safely. The property is extremely cute, clean and comfortable. Checked into a cute room with clean and comfortable sheets. Made our anniversary vacation extra special with flowers and wine. Walked around got to enjoy the property spaces library and water tower. Can say enough aboutthe property loved it. ”

“We love the 2 big rooms connected as one big house. We love the woody property that is very close to downtown Mendocino. Very quiet and safe. The unit that we got needs a few upgrades. The carpet has to go. The other units have hardwood floors. The wifi is weaker at night, u cant watch anything. Same goes w the cellphone signal, cant make a phone call not surf the internet even if you used your own data. The staff were very friendly and front desk personnel were quick to response. “We only stayed one night, so my review will be limited. The bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable. Had everything we needed for a good night’s rest. Parking was a little tight but overall a very nice place”
