“Clean and newly renovated”

“I have stayed at this hotel on two different occasions. Each time the staff was friendly, helpful, and did s lovely job of setting things up for our conference. The meals were excellent, especially the hot breakfast buffet. It’s an actual buffet, not cold cereal and make-your-own waffles. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, snd well-appointed. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are planning a conference or convention.”

“Loud clientele throughout the night, thin walls, pretty sure there was urine on the inside of the bathroom door (yellow, I didn't investigate further), towel rack pulled from wall, outside not well maintained, marshmallow beds with thin pillows and when I went to get coffee in the morning they were out of cups. When I checked with the front desk he stated the hotel was completely out, his manager had been informed, and he was uncertain when cups would be arriving. Will not be staying at this...

“We had a problem with the Shower, but upon mentioning it to staff, the problem was promptly fixed. The only down item is that there is no TV guide. In order to see what is playing in the evenings we had to search using our cell phone.”

“Some updates have been done. Deep cleaning from time to time suggested, Found some cobwebs in room. Fridge was small.”

“My room was very comfortable bed to sleep in. I loved the Keurig for my morning coffee. The breakfast was the best , eggs sausage and waffles were delicious. I especially loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi was amazing! The staff really helped when laundry was down they provided me laundry services to a sister hotel and even provided quarters. Staff was AWESOME!”
