“Real good experience, only issue was hot tub did not offer hi speed jets.”

“Excellent hotel full of character and fascinating features from its former life as a bank. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, diligent and helpful – particularly in the cocktail bar. The only thing lacking is a full service restaurant with cooked breakfast options, although this is mitigated somewhat by the snacks, fruit, light bites and drinks available at the coffee bar. Plenty of local dining options available within walking distance also. Overall, a great place to stay.”

“Clean room and breakfast was great”

“The bathroom floor had debris in every corner. The entry way floor was dirty. The curtains at the sliding doors was filthy just awful. The breakfast was not edible. Old cut up fruit, bitter coffee, hard French toast. I could go on and on. Not a good place to stay.”

“Servizio eccellente! Hotel molto confortevole e in un’ottima posizione. Personale molto gentile e disponibile ”

“The room was very clean and provided necessities. The staff was friendly and willing to assist. I would recommend it anyone staying in Sioux Falls, SD.”

“Very friendly staff, good choices at breakfast and comfortable room.”

“Everything great, would stay again”

“Room was very clean. The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. The convenience of having the hotel connected to the airport was amazing. No stress!”

“Staff was super friendly, just good people.”

“The staff seemed pretty friendly and was good about letting us know information and details. It does look like they have a bit of construction going on, which is understandable sometimes things need upgrades. The first room we got was no good but the staff was very accommodating in getting us into another. I think the 2 most disappointing things were the pool is temporary closed and there was no fridge in our room. It looked like there was a spot for a fridge.”
