“Whole property need to be blown & sprayed on a regular basis due to spiders and bugs. The rooms need to be dusted on a regular basis also. Woods & water bring spiders and ants”

“Stains on the bedding. Bathroom smelled. Walkway falling apart, chunks of cement. Paint chipping in the walls in the room. Furniture old and worn. Not sure how this was 4 stars and worth $1500 for 3 nights???”

“What I like about the property was convenient it was closer to get to the University and you can walk to town. What I don’t like about the property where the staff or maybe just a couple wasn’t that accommodating and way too overpriced hotel!”

“My only recommendations might be to have the carpeted floor deep cleaned and to provide more than a couple of regular coffee pouches, but that's not a big deal. We walked over and got coffee in the lobby one morning. The 24/7 desk staff were very accommodating, nice and professional.”

“This was the worst stay we have experienced at a Holiday Inn. The AC unit had significant condensation that was all over the floor/carpet, so our feet would get wet getting in and out of bed. The shower had little to be desired as the handicapped shower head wouldn't stay in place, so the only way you could rinse off was to handhold the shower head. We had no cups, coffee maker, nor ice bucket in the room. We tried numerous times through the evening hours to get in touch with the young lady...
