“Check in went smooth the lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. I let the front desk know there was some water on the floor and she went and cleaned it up right away. I would stay here again. ”

“The residence was lovely in that it was just “away” from everything. We stayed in, cooked meals, played board games, enjoyed the hot tub and took in some movies. A lovely place to just get away. ”

“Very nice and relaxing stay. Property was exactly as listed and did not disappoint at all! Great location the downtown waterloo and about 30 mins away from STL. Accommodations were great and so was Rika! We even ran out of propane on the grill at 10 pm and it was replaced even before we woke up the next morning. Highly recommended, we will be staying there again! ”

“This was a well appointed, clean and comfortable home. The atmosphere is quite charming too, with the wood and stone chalet structure giving a sense that we were somewhere special. The host was great too. We have shared this listing with friends and family, which we don’t normally do, but we are confident that anyone who stays here will be glad they did. ”

“From the beginning, Sarah was so easy to communicate with! The loft was gorgeous (very updated and decorated beautifully), location was amazing (our toddler enjoyed looking at the downtown lights outside of the loft, people watching, and live music), and there was plenty of space for our 7 toddler in the loft! It was also a quick, easy drive to Sugar Spring Ranch for the wedding reception we were attending.Will definitely seek out this property to rent again when we find ourself in Waterloo!”

“This is such a cute, comfortable property. Nearby the courthouse with a lot of things to do within walking distance. Safe and clean town! The host was very thoughtful and puts sweet things out for her guests.. like fresh flowers, berries, and eggs! Would love to go back! Highly recommend visiting this home and town! Lots of unique history!! ”

“The Lodge has been our first choice when we need to stay overnight for my spouse's medical appointments in St. Louis. It's proximity to I-55 makes it easy to locate. The property is amazing both inside and outside. We have been fortunate have Clark on several of our visits and he always gives us excellent service. ”

“We loved how hospitable and friendly everyone was from the front desk attendants, elevator repairmen, dining hostesses, management and hotel attendant! Everyone rocked! However, Lucy in the dining area was beyond exceptional! She was friendly, funny and genuine and went way above any of our expectations! "All’arrivo il check in è stato sbrigativo, la persona alla reception ci ha chiesto il documento a gesti e fatto la chiave della camera senza nemmeno salutarci nè spiegarci i servizi dell’hotel. La camera era un po’ rumorosa (verso l’esterno), ma tutto sommato confortevole, peccato che nel bagno mancavassero gli asciugamani per entrambi e sul pavimento abbiamo trovato capelli e altro sporco. Per riassumere: la struttura offrirebbe molto, ma il personale non la valorizza adeguatamente nei confronti degli ospiti."
