The front desk staff, both during the day and at night, do not provide the level of assistance expected. It appears that they lack the passion required for their roles.”

“Roaches…Found one in my room; they sent maintenance up who just took it and left. The situation was dealt with horribly from the girl at the front desk Shelby, who refuse to contact the manager and left. I ended up contacting the police because Shelby refused to contact a manager and shut herself in the office There was also another customer at the desk complaining the manager ended up having to come in to deal with Customer concerns”
