“Only place I could find near IU during the week everyone was moving in. I paid $300 a night but that was least of my concerns. I wanted a place that was clean and safe. I'm happy to say my room smelled fresh and was clean. I immediately took all the sheets off and found no signs of bed bugs. I enjoyed the hot tub after a few long days of moving my son into his dorm. It worked out nicely! Yeah, its an older place but I would highly recommend it. 20-25mins from IU and there's plenty...

“We had an awesome time visiting. We stayed in cabin 12 for the weekend , our cabin had heatin,ac a mini fridge, microwave and plenty of outlets. There was a first responders event going on so we got live music all day and food trucks! Your 10 minutes from Nashville and 15 to Brown county state park!”

“We loved our stay and how quiet it was. Bed wasn’t that comfortable (hard mattress) and we found some trash and a shirt that looked like someone used for private time under a mattress (we disposed of it). But overall it was very homey feeling and we most likely will go again but use an air mattress. We did like they had out houses and there where lights so if you had to go to the bathroom at night you could see where your going and around you. To shower at the bathhouse you have to pay for it. ...

“My wife and I stayed at the Cozy Cabin on Lake Front for 4 nights while visiting Indianapolis for the LIV golf event. The accomodations were excellent and we enjoyed our stay there immensely. Aaron was very helpful in helping us out with any questions that we had before we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We went in late April and it was soooo quiet at the resort. We stayed at cabin #5 (Aikens I believe). The description implies there is a toilet but I believe that's meant to describe the accessibility of the bath house just steps away. (which was clean and well maintained) The bed was surprisingly comfy (and smartly covered in a vinyl material). The cabin was adorable and simple.”
