“Had a horrible time checking in because system was down so it took almost 2 hours before they realized that they could actually use paper and pen when everyone had a confirmation number. In the meantime we just sat around. His staff was friendly enough just ineffective . I think they were just waiting for corporate to tell them what to do . I actually called customer service and suggested to them that paper check in should be okay for those that have a confirmation number I guess they finally...
