She agreed and when I called Choice rewards she told them no. She then hid from my calls over multiple days so I had to dispute the charge on credit card. Again I like the hotel and have stayed MANY TIMES OVER THE YEARS but this was unprofessional by the Manager but I STILL...

It was a quick walk to our concert at the Grand and nice drive to Longwood Gardens. We especially like the breakfast, plentiful and delicious. The waffle maker is a big hit.”

“everything was great! good location by the river and restaurants around. very good buffet breakfast. our only caveat was i had booked a handicap room because it had a bathtub, we had traveled all day and i wanted to soak. However, there was a trick to get enough hot water, since they did not want to scald a handicap person,... i never did figure it out. hotel offered to send someone, but we were leaving next day.”
