“Hotel molto comodo e carino con vista sul mare...bagno grande e ampio ... letti comodissimi... piscina al chiuso che essendo stati solo una notte non siamo riusciti a utilizzare ”

“La mia permanenza in questo hotel non è stata soddisfacente. Il personale della reception non era gentile ne’ disponibile. Le chiavi elettroniche non funzionavano bene e abbiamo dovute sostituirle più volte. La struttura non è bella e non è tenuta bene. Le stanze sono discrete, abbastanza grandi con spazio per valigie ed effetti personali, c’è una vista carina sul porto. La posizione è oggettivamente molto centrale e strategica per visitare Newport. “Bella struttura in una location unica. Nonostante la prenotazione sia stata effettuata con 6 mesi di anticipo la camera che ci è stata assegnata era di livello inferiore rispetto a quella acquistata!”

“I rarely write reviews but we had just the best time at this hotel. The staff really blew it out of the water. They helped us get discount tickets to the mansions, plan our days, helped us use bikes (for free), and were just generally delightful.”

“Pros: Hotel was very clean. Staff was wonderful. The location was perfect. Cons: Tiny ( really tiny — no room for a chair!) room and bathroom. No breakfast available not even a kiosk for a muffin. We had a very hard time finding a place to eat a sit down breakfast. “ Tea / coffee” service in lobby was a joke for tea drinkers. Lukewarm coffee tasting water for my morning tea everyday…. Horrible. Not everyone drinks coffee! I can’t stay again.”

“Good location and not far from downtown Newport. We appreciated the free shuttle that went between the hotel and downtown. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the parking is free, and there is a nice patio and bonfire area. We would definitely stay there again!”

“Hotel was beautiful! Location was prime. Weather was pouring rain for our stay so not great. Meredith the Concierge worked wonders getting us a reservation to our top pick for restaurants 22 Bowen. It did not disappoint! We used the hotel’s large gym before an amazing dinner. Free WiFi required a bonvoy membership (which is free) but slightly annoying.”
