“Nice hotel close to Knoebels. I will stay here from now on anytime I’m in the area.”

“Friendly staff. Well lit and close parking. Shower gel dispensers wre placed by the sink outside of the bathroom. Shampoo and conditioner dispensers were set on the tube and didn't work. The bed was comfortable to me but my partner thought it was too soft.”

“It's a modest establishment at best”

“Breakfast was good , staff was friendly; clean room”

“The rooms are well maintained and clean. The bathroom was spotless. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a lacking a little bit because there are no hot items, but it general, it was decent.”

“Was close stay to Knoebels , the staff was extremely helpful, especially in the rain after a cone got stuck under my car. Appears family owned. Me and the kids stayed there one night. Would stay again if needed was affordable and close to places”

“If you want a family friendly inn with a delicious breakfast this is your place to stay! Close to Knoebels. Will definitely stay here again!”

“The property in on a beautiful piece of land and we saw deer each night. Beds were comfortable too. The place looked out of the 70’s and tired. Adequately equipped with towels, no soap at all even hand soap which we never thought of bringing other than our bath soap and shampoo. Bathroom sink had cigarette stains and it made it look dirty. Had a coffee pot but no filters so we would have had to buy some for 2 night stay. In comparison to a b&b we usually stay at that was full that weekend- it...

“If you have a bunch of guys headed up to the AOAA this is a great place to crash. Just know its a big room with a huge bar, pool table, darts and some beds in it. Come ready to party. Plenty of parking (long trailers slightly more challenging). Comes equipped with a fridge, microwave and a blackstone.Mary, the host, was a saint and took care of us for sure. Be sure to check out her restaurant (Olde Stone Tavern) its one to remember.”

“The host communicated well and was responsive for any needs. The Coal Breaker was clean, festive with fall decorations and many amenities. We enjoyed having a cozy place to go back to after spending our days at Knoebels and exploring the area. Would recommend this place for a lovely family stay.”

“This is a 1900 farm house so it is old but for us who had grandparents homes like this we understand . We felt it could be cleaner even with the age. The host was great and even picked up pie irons when we ask. The grounds were great for tents and fire pit nights. Close to Knobles Grove . Pet friendly just watch out for wildlife . We did have a few issues but host was going to address after we left. If you have health issues note the stairs to the upstairs are from the 1900. If you are city...

“Our original plan was to stay one night after a day at Knoebels with our 2 grands. We had such a great time, and coming back to this B&B was such a nice experience that we decided to stay an extra night. The room was lovely, spacious, roomy and clean. Access was seamless, and the light breakfast (coffee, English muffins, bagels, fruit and cereal) available was perfect. Communication to see if our room was available another night was also easy. We would definitely stay again.”

“Beautiful peaceful property”

“This home is absolutely gorgeous and made for an unforgettable weekend! The highlight for us was definitely the awesome pickleball court—we spent so much time out there playing. When we weren't on the court, we were relaxing and taking in the great views. The property is stunning, clean, and perfectly equipped. We can't recommend this place enough and would love to come back! The host was great to deal with and responded very quickly.”

“Cozy and clean. Nestled away. Great communication.”

“Absolutely loved my stay. If you’re an animal lover who is looking to check out of the daily grind, connect with nature, all while staying at the most unique and cozy place ever….then this. Is. It. The owner was so kind and gracious, the horses were amazing, the ponies outside the kitchen window were nothing like I’ve ever experienced. I will be coming back!!!!! Already looking at dates for the fall ”
