“We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last couple of guests and always pleased. However, the hotel rooms are in need of remodeling. They are worn and tired. Main areas fine and appealing.”

“The room itself was clean, chose it for the convenience of the bunk beds. The location was a bit loud as we were towards the back facing the residential road. Don’t recommend if you are a light sleeper.”

“Everything was great, my only complaint is that I wish the pool area was open until at least midnight… after a long day at DL/DCA a soak in the hot tub sounded so nice but if you are staying at the parks until closing time, you will not make it unfortunately. Otherwise, highly recommend.”

“If there is a ZERO STAR rating option for this facility, that is what I will put. Arrived at the facility and was greeted by the unhelpful, rude male front desk staff. Gave us the key to the room after taking her security deposit only to find the room in disgusting condition with foul smell… like a throw up. Dirty towels on table. Beds have no linens, pillows had stains. Used glasses and trash can not emptied. Room was not ready for the next guest. Went back to front desk to make them aware of...

“credit cards pos (4) not working and they do not accept cash! how am I supposed to pay incidentals? stupid burocracy costed 30 minutes check in and 40 minutes check out! Hilton deserves a better service for sure! ”
