My card to get into the building and room rarely worked without going back to the desk to get it reset. Breakfast consist of mostly things in a Continental breakfast not a hot breakfast. The hotel is not in a good neighborhood,lots of homeless walking around.”

“The room was worn out. Lamp shades ripped, finials that hold them in place missing, stains on chairs, tears in the upholstery, no cleaning until I requested and then it was haphazardly done. I am angry we were charged the rate we had to pay. It was worth about $50. Very disappointed.”

“They couldn’t find our reservation due to Expedia, there was someone else’s trash in our room when we got to our room, the room wasn’t the room I reserved, I asked for a bathtub and there was a dirty shower, the ice bucket had water in it from the previous guest. I will say the staff was very nice and offered us a free breakfast which was not worth the $18 we would’ve had to pay to eat there. ”

“The checkout and check in process was extremely slow… the shower wouldn’t completely turn off and it wouldn’t drain. We had to stand in shin deep water while taking a shower. Definitely not what I expected for the price we paid.”

“Staff was rude and I had to wait 20+ min for the clerk to get to the office so I could get to my room that I already paid for. Also, the rooms seems clean but I only had to 4 pillows( if you want to even call them pillows) for 4 ppl. When I asked for more she said she would have to get them out of storage. 4 hours later I still didn't have pillows and she refused to get me anymore from a vacant room. I will never use this hotel again.”
