“Great resort! All staff were amazing and it was a great time!”

“Very clean hotel located convenient to I-75/I-275 and the outlet shopping mall. Staff was very friendly, allowing me to check-in an hour early. Room was very comfortable and the window view is lovely (large window). I was informed at check-in that breakfast was 6:30am-9:30am but when I went downstairs at 9am, the staff had taken away everything except the bread, cereal and hardboiled eggs. This was disappointing. Also, for Expedia bookings you will not be eligible for any loyalty recognition...

“This place is adorable!! It has a beautiful hammock and backs to natural area by the pool. The only thing was in the area they were doing a burn in the woods. You couldn’t smell the smoke in your room but could in the halls and outside. Like a big campfire. The only thing missing was the smores:). But at 6:30 am the smoke had built up enough that it triggered the fire alarm. Out of he control of Holiday Inn but staff continued to work the guest came down and got coffee and guest ate breakfast...

“Una struttura da chiudere che non dovrebbe stare su expedia. Le foto sono false, mi chiedo chi ha messo 10/10 se ha mai visto un hotel e dove viva a casa. Mai visto un posto del genere. Struttura fatiscente, camera piena alla mattina di blatte e scarafaggi e allego foto, bagno fatiscente e arrruginito, lavandino con rubinetti arruginiti, mi chiedo come si possa affittare un posto del genere e dove sono i controlli. Letto sfondato, sedia sfondata, entrando era accesa l aria e l odore dei filtri...

“Overall this Microtel was a good value for the location. However there was some significant noise from rooms nearby. There's not enough sound deadening in the design”

“Everyone was super nice here from the front desk clerks to the management to the girls that were cleaning the room. We were here for a week because my daughter‘s apartment had burnt down and I could not. I can’t say I don’t know how to express how wonderful everybody was no words and one person really really stood out. I think her name was Sulee and she was a housekeeper, always had a smile so friendly she was such a joy, bright light in a terrible time.”

“the water in the shower is almost non-existent, I found a used bar of soap resting on the shower also the cleaning staff did not make the bed, but only changed the towels”
