“The property for the most part looked good, there were renovations being conducted. The staff was amazing, from front desk, to valet, and restaurant staff. However, the cleanliness of the property was disappointing. There were ants in the room, cobwebs were noticeable, and the tubs and showers had not been properly cleaned(which we ended up doing ourselves because we typically do that anyway while traveling). Struttura fatiscente, camera piena alla mattina di blatte e scarafaggi e allego foto, bagno fatiscente e arrruginito, lavandino con rubinetti arruginiti, mi chiedo come si possa affittare un posto del genere e dove sono i controlli. Letto sfondato, sedia sfondata, entrando era accesa l aria e l odore dei filtri...

“Bed was high but comfy, mgr greeted us the 1st morning, all staff was friendly and helpful Will definitely stay there again”

“The hotel is charming, full of history and close to everything inclding Tarpon Springs which was super interesting. The biggest downfall was that our room was right next to the ice machine and there was loud drunk people using it at 2pm, talking loudly and being very loud both nights we stayed. So we didnt get good sleep. The only other issue was the bathroom wasnt very practical in that there was no space to put things and the shower was quite small/narrow.”

“Our room was filled with bugs, several different kinds..crawling, flying, small and large. The lobby was overwhelmed by the smell of the front desk employee's body odor. Overall, it was a terrible experience.”

“Our accessible room was really close to the bar which was incredibly loud at points. Closed at 10, but we had an early morning ahead of us and was unfortunate how loud the bar was that close to a room.”
