“Called the hotel directly to cancel my reservation in which I was told I’d get a full refund due to calling with enough notice. When I had Expedia call to verify, they denied the refund. I called the hotel and they had the notes in the system of the employee who had told me this.. they had since fired that employee and still refused my refund. “Great little place, but keep in mind that there are lots and lots of stairs and that the front door is very awkwardly placed so you have to take a big step up to go in the front door, but it is only about 3/4 the size of a regular front door. On your way out you have to make sure to bend it down and then take a big step down so you don’t hit your head.”
