“staff was great; breakfast was great; room and fitness center in poor condition - finishes peeling off room and cabinet doors, lights not working bedside; fitness center HVAC not working/equipment out of order or in poor condition (one treadmill tagged out of order, the other made so many squeaks and noises when using that it sounded like it was about to die)”

“I had some confusion when checking in, but it could have been because of my age and the long drive I took that day. Some indifference by staff when I checked out. Confusing room numbering scheme. Otherwise, a well kempt place.”
