I feel that they owe me some money because the TV did not work and I went to bed with no TV so I think you guys should call them and tell them that they owe me a refund. Thank you.”

“I’m a smoker so I loved that they had outdoor rooms so I can just step outside and smoke, or even go to my car, loved the bar, I’m not a drinker but had fun at bar and actually relaxed and drink a couple with my husband for my bday!!! Also loved that they have pool tables!!”

“The hinge on my door was defective such that once the door was opened It could not be closed completely such that it could not be locked. The only way I could stay there would be to stay in the room and not leave the room. The staff (one individual on duty) was very polite and came with a screwdriver to try to repair the door, but it still did not close properly. “Coffee advertised removed from the room due 24 hour coffee machine available in lobby. 2 machines, both were broken. Room musty, suspect that the bedding was left over from the previous occupant but too tired to wait for the (absent) desk clerk to complain. Clerk later seen outside smoking. No soap in bathroom. Room temperature 84’ when I entered. The A/C worked and it cooled down. Please try a little bit.”
