“I used the hot tub every night, free shuttle to most museums and Beale street was great, Jeremy ( shuttle) took us to Sunrise for breakfast when cook did not show up at Wallburgers”

“Thank you Mr. Rocky for going above and beyond.”

“Ottimo hotel in centro a Memphis , camera grande , pulizie giornaliere , personale attento e disponibile , ottimo il rooftop bar”

“Excellent all around experience!!”

“This property needs new windows; a very loud noise from the air conditioning systems of adjacent buildings—as shown in the attached photos—was coming into our room day and night. We had requested a room that was not connected to others by an adjoining door, but this preference was not honored. We had to complain and ask to change rooms immediately after checking in. However, the most serious issue is the room's poor soundproofing; you can hear trains and cars even on the fourteenth floor.”

“For the cost the hotel was run down only the location was convenient”

“Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Parking was adequate. No blanket on the bed. Had to ask for one. Pillows were the size of throw pillows. 4 on a king size bed. Asked for standard pillows and we were told they didn't have any. Thankfully we had our own pillows in the car and used those. No air vent in bathroom. Very hot. Window AC unit on wall that did not work properly. We were not comfortable all night.”

“Great budget stay”

“The pullout couch wasnt changed and had hair and crumbs it. Our second room had exposed wires by the a.c and the bedding had black lint on it. We will not be returning.”

Zona centralissima (dietro Beale Street) ”

“There were cockroaches in my room and the carpet was absolutely disgusting.”

“All was ok”

“Tutto perfetto!
