“If you are looking for a place off the beaten path, this is it. Phone service is iffy until you get to the road (1/3 mile away) but there is host supplied internet for phones, etc. Our host, Dave, is very personable-- super guy. We stayed there while doing a tour of Tennessee state parks and this B and B is conveniently located for that. ”

“I was able to check in late (2:30 am) after a delayed flight. I called them before I got on the plane to let them know I would be delayed to let them know. Room was clean and appreciate the understanding. ”

“If you go in knowing and with expectations that this is a lot like a hotel but also a little different from a hotel, I think you will find an excellent experience. The front staff is friendly but not there all night but can be reached by mobile if needed. Coffee is in room but a Keurig is only available during office hours. Super clean and modern rooms with lots of charging points and tech. ”

“We didn’t use the laundry or the gym. But we did use the pool and the only negative thing I would say about the property is that the pool was so incredibly cold that my granddaughter‘s teeth were chattering and so are everybody else’s that were in the pool. So maybe turn it up a little bit so that you don’t have to get in a hot shower to defrost.”

“CGI is very cute, spacious rooms, lots of amenities. Kim and Rich are attentive to guest needs, kind proprietors and excellent breakfast cooked to order!! Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area ! ”
