“The hotel part is very nice, rooms are clean when you arrive but you do not get housekeeping in to get trash, refresh towels etc. we stayed four days and had 2 rooms. I bought trash bags to keep the room from being a mess. They give little trash cans and no liners. So take extra stuff if you need it for cleanup. We ate at several of their restaurants and the best was on 3 rd floor for breakfast. Staff is very nice there. I took my mother in a wheelchair to get coffee...

“The property is under a large renovation with the lobby area completely unavailable. This should have been on the website as a warning. When i arrived, they couldn't find my reservation but were eventually able to discover that it was sent to them for the wrong date and they were able to accommodate me.”

“The hotel was amazingly clean with a very large room!! The shower was large with a lot of light. The staff was super friendly and helpful even through our two tornado warnings where we had to gather in the basement. ”
