“Fantastic stay”

“This is by far my fav resort. Went for a quick trip. Used the spa and pool amenities. The staff was the best… so courteous and took care of me during my stay. The accommodated my early and late check out.”

“I called a month before our reservation and they assured me the pool would be ready by the time we were visiting in early August. I have several small children who were looking forward to the pool, but come to find out they haven’t even pulled permits to redo the pool. “Place was OK. We asked for a Water/Town view 3 times doing the process. Got a room looking at a hill with trees. Was issued a 80.00 parking ticket because I was one spot away from where I should have been. They never delineated where to park in the underground garage. They share with another lodge and I was in one of their spots i guess. We are on the hook to dispute it, when I feel the staff could have communicated this issue way better.
