“Booked this room for one night for my husband as he was passing through unexpectedly on business. When he got into his room, he had to clean old soap out of the shower, there were bags of trash and fast food remains in dresser and night stand drawers and the room itself was … perfunctory, at best, even if it had been more clean/hygenic. ”

“I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk. After ringing the bell, calling out, and knocking on the window, I waited about 10 minutes before someone finally came out. The staff member who assisted me was not very professional.
