“Clean room very hospitable an cozy place”

“We stayed here for a UGA game weekend and it worked well for what we needed. The drive to Athens and back was about an hour each way, which made it a convenient base for the trip. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and getting to dining and downtown was easy. This was a solid stay and I would come back.”

“This hotel was so bright and inviting. And it was 10pm. That was great to see. Fresh fruit, complimentary cookies was well appreciated. The only thing that was disappointing was the indoor pool being closed and the gym upon arrival. It should be open to accommodate late guest because when we book we book for those features and for it to have a time limit is ridiculous. Most people work all day and when they come to the hotel at night those accommodations should be available.”

“Room was immaculate, staff was great, ample parking. My only very minor criticism is that the beds are very very firm, but that’s a personal preference. ”

“I really liked the Handicap accessible room. Everything was perfect for my husband. I also liked the fact that there was places to eat so close by. The staff was excellent. They were very friendly, and helpful. Everything was super clean, and smelled so fresh. Thanks for the great stay! Will definitely stay again, and recommend.”

Her phone soft skills translated beautifully to our in person customer service experiences. I wasn’t expecting a bad stay but I surely wasn’t expecting an incredible one. The woman who is over house keeping is a pure JOY. This will be our place of stay when visiting family.”
