“Will not stay there again. Our room was not ready when we arrived an hour after check-in. The only time we saw anyone at the desk was when we checked in. Breakfast was not good. Our room was clean, but not enough lighting. Halls and elevator were not vacuumed while we were there. The same Cheerios were by the elevator all 3 days.”

“Facility & staff were very nice! Continental breakfast was ok but not great. Same scrambled eggs & sausage links each day. Could have changed it up a little & done something with a little seasoning.”

“I booked 3 rooms as I was in town with my crew for work. The showers had mold in them. I know I did not contact the office about this issue and moving us, but we were all very tired from a very hard day of work and another day to go. The buffet breakfast was awful. Hard bread products, no apple juice or milk, rubber like eggs, cold sausage. We usually love Quality Inn and their breakfasts, but this was the absolute worst. “Fleas! I was there an hour. I was covered in flea bites. I just wanted a couple days to rest before I have a baby. The manager was hostile. He did not issue a refund, even though I checked out almost immediately. One of the staff was concerned about my staying there because it’s such an unsafe motel. They were talking about how to keep people breaking into my room to hurt me. A dog was barking loudly… I can’t imagine what it’s like to be in this place for more than an hour.”

“My only complaint was electrical, couple sockets didn't work, lamps were all unplugged when we arrived, had to hunt down the lights in a dark unknown room. Lights needs updated, they flickered alot.”

“Amazing warm pool and perfect hot tub! Quiet yet close to many restaurants. The evening staff person was not friendly or very helpful but the morning guy was nice.”

“Would book again without hesitation. The room was clean and comfy with all the basics covered. Free WiFi and a TV were great to have for downtime, plus the location felt safe and inviting for a small town getaway.”
