“The staff were very courteous. The rooms could use updating. They were clean but the bathroom could especially use some work. Thank you.”

“When I got to the property the elevator was not working and they had no rooms on the first floor that were wheel chair accessible. The receptionist at the desk Quanasia was amazing. She found me a room in the hotel next door. Explained my situation. Got the room for me for less and had my room refunded by Expedia within 15 minutes. I was in bed within a half an hour. This receptionists customer service is amazing. She should be promoted to manager or at least get a nice raise. Don’t loose her”

“We enjoyed the outdoor pool. Check in was easy and accommodating. The staff were friendly and the kids enjoyed the waffles at breakfast. I wish they had stopped by more frequently to empty garbage, but i just didnt catch that at checkin and the staff were happy to accommodate once i asked.”
