“The room was clean and we had plenty of space to move around. The bathroom was not cramped and breakfast was decent. We did have to walk around a bit to find a working I’ve machine.”

“The property is nice and clean from outside, room stink like urine, iron broken, no housekeeping that first day, pressure of water is bad, breakfast was a disappointment ( no fruit, yogurt) coffee machine broken, half of toaster working, all other need for that room we have to get it are selfs, some personal was attentive.”

“AD1 properties, y'all need to spend some MONEY! Staff was MORE than helpful, but the rooms, these definitely need upgrades. Warm cookies won't cut it anymore. After a 12 hour drive, my husband and I just wanted to decompress, shower and sleep. The small refrigerator was leaking so the carpet was completely wet. Had requested a King bed, which this was but transferred to a double. No complaints there, but the ac was blowing heat at 86 degrees on a HOT, N. Carolina night. Ugh...maintenance came...

“The staff was incredibly helpful and found us rooms despite the fact that the hotel didn’t have the room we had booked. My bathroom ran out the conditioner. The room was clean and the bed mattress needed updating. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. Thank you. ”

“It was a Hampton. It’s all that I stay at. Yes some have had little things wrong. Mostly they are tip top to me. Like this one.”

“There were a ton of kids staying at the place, but we were put on a floor without them, so it was a peaceful stay. Walking distance to a couple restaurants. Recommend this hotel. ”

“Do not book this hotel.(motel) Requested smoke free- it was not. Cigarette hole in sheet. MJ smoke in the air from outside or adjoining room. Thin walls so heard all conversation qqq”

“I was quite impressed with the renovation. The lobby and breakfast area were quite nice. My room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was cordial and friendly and always spoke as I passed through the lobby. I recommended the Hampton Inn Rocky Mount to my relatives visiting the area.”
