“Staff was so helpful and courteous. Very welcoming and had us in our room within no time. The meal was superb. The abeef Cheeks was so tender and scrumptious. Our bed was so comfortable and very warm. Our only gripes and downfall if any was the room for diabled persons is quite a fair way from the lifts and it was so cold in the corridors and bedroom.
